The basic common ingredients that you will need for Chicken preparation are Ginger and Garlic Paste which can be made at home also by blending in a mixer. You can add some hot oil to store them in your refrigerator. Whole black pepper, dried red chili, cumin, coriander, fennel, carom, nigella seeds are used in many recipes which you can get from an Indian Store if you live outside India.
