Four tips on Cooking Chicken
Cooking becomes much easier and fun with these tips learnt over a period of time. I have included many more useful tips in mu book. they can be found at the end of each book. They will help you to cook faster, save on time and solve much of the kitchen issues. These are not only on cooking but on storing, buying and serving food.
- To make a healthy chicken dish remove the skin from the chicken. This will remove the major fat content on the chicken.
- Marinate chicken with as little salt as possible as chicken is always tender.
- To cut Chicken and fish fillet’s in equal sizes freeze them for 2 hours before cutting
- Always add salt at the end of cooking – by this you will get an exact understanding of how much to add. Also this will help you to save on gas as cooking will take much less time.
