Eggs – an all time favorite as a dish, as a snack, as a batter and as a wholesome food. Here are four tips for you which will make life easier with this white wonder!

Tip 1 : To separate the yolk and egg white, break eggs in a funnel and store the yolk with water or milk in your refrigerator.You can always use it later.

Tip 2: to prevent shells from breaking while boiling egg, add a few drops of vinegar in the water.

Tip 3: Always kepp the boiled egg in cold water for some time. This will ease out the process of removing shells

Tip 4: To make fluffy omlettes and scrambled eggs add a table spoon of water while beating the egg.
