Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is one of the most popular dish in India. Cooked at home it can be in different flavor. In the South and also In Goa coconut milk is used while the Kashmiri variant has a dash of cashew paste. In Bengal its known as the Murgir Jhol which is rich with spices like Cardamom, Cloves and Cinnamon and cooked in fresh yoghurt. This dish goes well with both rice and roti and I have included three variants along with a super fast cooking technique in the book.
